My wife and I have been doing the carnivore diet the last 2 months, and our kids are doing carnivori(ish). We also have organic options for sides and such. This drink has been great for them on the days that they will like something sweet and not loaded with lots of scary ingredients. We have learned (from doctors) that cholesterol and high fat dialogue has been a lie from the same people that brought on the food pyramid... which happens to be quite backwards. So, the cholesterol and fat in this product doesn't scare us. Once we get to the point where we want to be in our health journey and may add keto type options back into our diet.. this protein powder will be perfect.
You just have to choose the protein powder that is right for your goals/lifestyle. And if you haven't looked into the carnivore diet- I would absolutely check it out. It has been a blessing for us, in many ways.

I have a lot of lactose intolerance challenges and whey protein really doesn't leave me feeling my best. Isolates are definitely better and easier on my stomach and don't leave me feeling bloated (as much or significantly; varies by brand).
A lot of the plant-based stuff just isn't as … don't know, just seems a little off in terms of the protein impact (to me; YMMV and I'm still learning my way through brands and types of proteins so please keep that in mind - no expert here). I've found a couple / few that are surprisingly decent yet seem to be missing in flavor "punch" for me. DrinkWholesome has sample packs and I've learned that their egg white protein works for me and the flavors land a little "thin" which is kind of meh. BioTrust is offering a free sample (pay shipping; so says instagram) and while it has some dairy it has been surprisingly positive (for me) and with good flavor. Recently started trying REDCON1 and found it has albumin (egg white; not yolk where I have yet another stupid sensitivity—making this journey long, slow, and pricey) and it's been working out really really well, which is a relief.
Levels has been on my list to try and their plant protein has me cautious (tend to leak toward egg whites more; anything that can be nut based generally isn't on my list to try - research the various "milks" out there and it seems coconut is the only that works for me consistently and all other nut stuff is just junk for me; no bueno).
Most plant protein lands weaker for me; not sure why and at this price point it's worth a shot since it's appearing to be seed-based.
Anyway! Hope that's useful to someone else who may be struggling through protein powders.
FWIW: I use a bullet blender and fill it with fruit (frozen cherries, berry mixes, etc), glop in some coconut-based yogurt, and fill to line with coconut milk, and then blend for my daily post workout.
I may be doing that wrong, too, however, it's working for me and helps me figure out what's working and not.
