Just returned our gateway this am. After a big outage earlier this week, this AM we woke to no internet. Tmo pushed an update to our gateway and bricked it. Our billing cycle starts on the 20th. Today is the 21st, they said they will cancel it next bill cycle - $46.45/mo for a service that barely worked and now I owe an extra month for a service I can't even use. Before the outage and before they bricked our gateway, it was pretty rough to use it. We could see speeds in the 70mpbs range at most, but it would drop and doing a zoom call across it was not feasible.

Did this last year for a free 43" Fire TV and fought them for 6 months and never got the TV rebate I followed all rules on. Be careful

A 4 series 43" is more of the "current" model, while they still sell the 2 series for ~80$ less at 150$. Just a general idea on value / recency of what you are getting.

I returned the device to TMobile yesterday after having lot of trouble setting it up. TLife didn't send any verification code to setup at first and keeps dropping connection every couple hours is just annoying. Luckily I didn't cancel my existing fiber, so just returned the device at stored and cancelled the internet line on my account. Not worth fighting and wasting time.

Now it looks like the GC is only $150

Did they offer you the 3 different plans when you signed up
1. Rely 2. Amplified 3. All In
The Rely plan looks like it comes with the Arcadyan KVD21 and the other plans look like they come with G4AR
Which hotspots did most get? Can you keep modem if you cancel plan?

I tried for two days and it kept erroring out. Then I tried using Edge instead of Chrome and it worked on the first try... Go figure

I had a $375 offer on the C1 website "trending offers" and the visit is in my shopping trips, but never moved to the dashboard. It's now over 30 days from order. There were no terms for the offer, clicking the link just took me to the TMO home page.

Trying to get them to honor that but so far they're either ignoring me or responding slow. I have screenshots. Wish me luck!

EDIT: They begrudgingly gave me what they owed me.
