AUTOMATIC ENTRY: To redeem the Visa Dining Collection OpenTable Benefit, eligible U.S. Visa Infinite cardholders ("Visa Infinite cardholder") must (1) visit OpenTable.com or open the OpenTable mobile app; (2) sign in to an existing OpenTable account or sign up for a free OpenTable account; (3) complete the eligibility check to verify their eligible U.S. issued Visa Infinite Card ("Visa Infinite Card"); and (4) add their Visa Infinite Card to their OpenTable account
TO ENTER BY MAIL WITHOUT PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION: Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Visa 2024 NFL Sweepstakes for Visa Dining Collection OpenTable Benefit, P.O. Box 7999, Melville, NY 11775-7999. Mailed entries must be postmarked between November 15, 2024, and December 15, 2024, and received by December 23, 2024, in order to be included in the random drawing
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: Super Bowl LIX trip package consisting of a 5-day/4-night trip departing on February 6, 2025, and returning on February 10, 2025, for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to New Orleans, LA, to attend Super Bowl LIX, scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA. Prize includes two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LIX (seats to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's home, transportation to/from airport and hotel and all scheduled activities, hotel accommodations including breakfast daily (one (1) standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets for a private dinner for two (winner and guest) on Thursday, February 6, 2025 (time determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), at a Sponsor-specified Visa Dining Collection restaurant in New Orleans, LA (collectively valued at up to $300; alcoholic beverages are not included as part of the prize), two (2) tickets to the VIP Super Bowl Experience, one (1) Visa Super Bowl LIX branded gift (for winner only), and one (1) $400 Visa Prepaid Product (all terms & conditions apply to Visa Prepaid Product). In addition to the aforementioned prize, $12,000 cash will be awarded in the form of a check to winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize (collectively, the "Grand Prize Trip").
