Seems like a great deal with the additional 200 off device currently.
EDIT: Fixed it using this tip I found on reddit. Took a few tries though, I think the older battery needed to be "warmed up".
I GOT IT! Might not work for everyone. My Samsung S10 was on wireless charge all night and I went to check the time and my phone wasn't wasnt turning on, but instead showed the circle in the photo when it was on charge. Now I tried the suggestions below and they didnt help, but I held down the volume down+Power button on the sides, then I simultaneously plugged then charger in while still holding the buttons. The symbol flashed a few times, and then I unplugged the charger all while holding the two buttons, waited for the Samsung screen, then let go. It then brought me to the white Samsung word. I put it on charge, and then my phone was back to normal, but it was on 0%. I hope this helps!
On top of that, Costco frequently has concurrent deals such as $100 rebate card if you buy a phone, or something like that.
Just went to my Costco this morning, she said the same thing only $500 trade in. I think this only web/online deal 😔

I have no plans to move from Tmobile so I'm okay with this.
How? Never try sam's club mobile store before?
do you have to trade the phone in then and there or do you still have to mail it in (we need time to transfer everything)?

I tried to show him online at the checkout that I can see the offer, he said " why don't you do it online when you see the offer" Seems like an dumbass. I just said thank you and moved on.
Also anyone know where I can complaint about that rep? Let me know.
