What phone were you using before? guessing a iPhone.
I am using $75 moto Edge 2024, it feels better than Pixel 9 XL.

May be you got used to moto edge.
Moto Edge has much better and colorful screen, similar 5000mah battery, it feel lighter weight than Pixel 9 pro XL
Don't know what screen technology Pixel 9 XL is using!
But it is less colorful than moto edge and Samsung S23FE have.
I did it online and it waived the 35$ fee
EDI: TNever mind, it was that particular IMEI. I tried a different one and did not have the same issue.

The 'documents' on T-Mobile website, under trade in device show "Print Shipping Label" which takes it to account activity and there I see 'tradein_returns' document that show the forth Wort address.
I think I saw comments that it should be Assurant?
Thank you in advance.

When your new phone is delivered, the package includes a prepaid label and a bubble wrap envelope to return your trade in device.

Have you tried the adaptive color setting? There's natural and adaptive. I would give the latter a try and see if it makes a difference to you.
