What difference does it make? Whether it's done or not out of the box, just update the BIOS to the latest (which will likely need to be done anyways). Running it for 30 minutes isn't going to kill the CPU. It's my understanding that over-clocking or over-volting the CPU for a long time is what causes the instability and this "F" chip isn't unlocked.

Getting this deal with the 10% coupon, 15% cb is fantastic. Even better if you have a use for the 9% Dell Rewards. I don't know if Dell still sells third-party gift cards, but I'm sure you could spend it on an additional accessory for your new PC. All of that stuff factored in, that could knock this thing down as low as $1300 pre-tax. You're not gonna find a better deal.

Just received mine, no manual, warranty card or documents and no alien stickers inside the box.
Is that normal?
I saw many unboxing videos and they have that with the computer.
Anyone got their's with stickers and manuals?

Mine had an instructional manual and a little card full of Alienware PR speak, talking about their founding and aspirations. No stickers.
