No comments, ratings or reviews. Can someone please comment on this deal. Looking at this 65" Hisense S7 Canvas TV for $800 or the 55" Samsung The Frame for $900 at Costco. Both with 5 year warranties.

It is Hisense's attempt to compete with Samsung's The Frame. Definitely lower quality but now at substantially lower price. It is time for this category to come down in price as they are all middling quality TVs.

You have some proof on the lower quality thing? Reviews make it sound better and it doesn't have the goofy external box.

box is nice if you need to connect cables to your tv. if you don't need that (built in apps like youtube disney etc are sufficient) then no box is better

This deal appears to be over for the 65 inch. The 55 is still $699.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the costco site for this deal? I just got back only a $50 credit from Hisense. Based on another thread it looks like it may have been a mistake on the Costco side, so I wanted to have it when I call Costco to see what's going on.
