Good deal. The lowest this was, was $979 the last time I posted.
However, back then neither the new AMD nor Intel chips were on sale I think. Right now this with the new AMD chip is $100 more.

Nonetheless, this is a very good deal. Thank you for posting.

I have 3 2-n-1 laptops. I realized that 2-n-1 have the most reflective screens because they need to have touch AND most likely support active digitizer pens so the screen needs to have a sturdy glass surface. So streaming videos in a tent mode gets a lot of glare and in laptop mode I must angle the display away from ceiling lights. But if you wish to take notes with a 2-n-1, it is great, but needs a stand to get it into the proper angle.

I believe the LG Gram is like a pound lighter too though, right? There's a premium for ultralightweight laptops.

Not really, I just checked and this laptop is 3.31 lbs whereas the LG Gram 16" is 2.62 pounds. That 0.69 lbs is an additional 26% added weight. The lighter the laptop gets, the exponentially more it costs to cut that weight down.
