Hopefully this means they are coming out with a new model. The current ones have a plastic seam on the ears that dig into my ears after wearing them for a few hours.

Great dead, but holding out for next gen that can to stereo video. These were released in October 2023. So assuming next ones will be out some time in 2025

these are awesome until the glasses start to gaslight you im like you just said you cant do that oh no i cant do that but this update says you can yes i can do that lol they are awesome glasses tho i have been using them since before the start of the summer and ive got loads of pictures and videos of my kids and of things i find interesting i have the transparent ones so i can just wear them while working incase i need to record anything since I've got an alcoholic co worker so these work great to document rude interactions

The speakers in these are nice but battery life is easily the worst part. Meta supports them with frequent updates though

FWIW, if you're looking to buy something for someone who is low vision or blind, these glasses may be a game changer for them. Recently, BeMyEyes and Aira have both been added to the Meta View app. The possibilities are endless and could perhaps expand their independence (me included). Wife got me a pair for Xmas and I'm impatiently waiting!

I wish these had a screen. What's the point of making them glasses if everything is done through a voice assistant? Just make it a bluetooth headphone then. I'm excited about the g1's with integrated screen.
