Here is what I did when I bought another 3 years in March.

1) Login to your Windscribe account

2) Navigate to this page: https://windscribe.com/upgrade?cp...d=features

3) Click the green button for 'Have a promo code?' and then enter your code. It will add the years to your existing account.

I purchased this deal a few days ago and didn't noticed that it was for "new customers" only…applied it to my existing account and it stacked. Lucked out, I guess but if other existing users want comment as well. In terms of is this a good price - I've been renewing my subscription (it ends around Black Friday) with 3-year plans like here and this is probably the around the cheapest it'll be. A quick search here and it looks like last years Black Friday was this price and the deal I bought 3 years ago was $55, so not a significant increase.

Overall, I had good experience with Windscribe and would recommend them at this price. However, for users that are keeping their VPN up 24/7 and niche users, there are 3 major issues.

1) Some servers are just plain slow or overcrowded. Specifically those around the west coast and LA. Slow enough that youtube can't stream above 720p. Fix is to switch servers when this happens.
2) Static IP servers are not included in the Pro plan. Not a big deal until you need a stable IP to be whitelisted on your work's VPN or server. Static IP servers are included with PIA normal plans, so this is just a feature gap. Fix is to disconnect.
3) Windscribe servers are blacklisted more often than PIA servers. This has significantly improved recently. Previously, Amazon would always CAPTCHA test me; now it's infrequent. But some sites still have issues. Tracfone has fully blacklisted all Windscribe servers, Walmart cancels half my orders, my personal email server bounce back some of my emails, Chase asks for additional verification each time, etc. Nothing you can't work around, but it's annoying. Fix is to switch servers or disconnect.

Again, I recommend Windscribe for most users. Just be aware of these issues.

There's a nice Google sheet linked on the VPN subreddit that ranks a bunch of VPN providers in different categories. I think Windscribe is in their top 5-10 currently

I think I like this better than NordVPN. Nord requires me to sign in, and my sign-in is linked to my Google account. So, basically, I need to get on the internet, sign in via Google, and then use Nord. At that point, I am already connected to the web without a VPN, so it is kind of a waste.
