You've got to use the code within 90 days, if you're buying more than one, it's because you have more than one line to use them on.
You'll receive 12GB on our GSMA network, and 8GB on GSMT and CDMA.
I think so. The price just reduced from its original price a few minutes ago. During BF 2023, it was on sale for $190.

It was $195 a few months ago and it was a FP deal. I was expecting around $180 for BF. But it appears not.

I have used Red Pocket GSMT for over 5 years and am planning to get two renewal kits.

Update 2: drove about 300 miles today in rural and urban areas. Service was good, no dropped calls, data worked good.
If it continues this way, $99/year for 10GB/month is one heck of a deal.

Not sure about talking too much but the porting out is very easy. You don't even need to call or chat with rep to port out. You just do it from the website with the porting feature button after you login to your redpocket account. It literally gives you the account number and PIN. No calling or chat rep needed. Very easy and quick.
That was not my experience today. According to their rep, for GSMA lines you have to contact them after submitting a port in request and they have to unlock manually. I discovered it after trying to port in today and receiving an email from infimobile that my line is marked "MDN has Port Complexity" and RO need to release. It took a few min on chat with RP to do it for each line.

If you are an existing Red Pocket customer, you can choose the RENEWAL/EXISTING SIM option. If you are an existing Red Pocket customer and wanted to switch network (for example: GSMT to GSMA), you can choose the network SIM you want to switch to, so that you can get a FREE SIM, else you would need to pay for it later.

If you are a new Red Pocket customer, choose the network you want to use. After using it, if you don't like the chosen network, you can get a different SIM (another network) and switch the network.

For all three cases above, the activation code will be sent via email. I believe it is not meant for any particular network and it is the code that provides you service for 360 days.

Some useful information:

Enjoy every 30 days:
UNLIMITED Talk
UNLIMITED Texts
UNLIMITED Data
12GB on GSMA; 8GB on GSMT and CDMA
WiFi calling (GSMA and GSMT)
https://help.redpocket.com/what-i...et-service
WiFi calling is supported with SMS text messaging, but not MMS text messaging.
International calling to 80 plus countries
Hotspot (GSMA and GSMT- both iOS and Android; CDMA - only iOS); 5 GB limit? not sure about the limit.
https://help.redpocket.com/are-te...cket-plans

Service on one of the best networks in America (network coverage dependent on your phone).
No activation fees.

Your Starter Kit includes:
One GSMA, GSMT, or CDMA high-speed SIM card
(view the FAQ to learn how to choose your network).
Activation code (received via email after purchase).
Instructional flyer.

NOTE: The plan must be activated within 90 days.
I am currently on RP's 5GB plan on GSMA network. How can I get the 12GB plan. Do I need to be on the 10GB plan to get this?

If you buy the GSMA plan, you will get 12 GB after activating the code a day before your current plan expires.

So what do I select on the eBay page - renewal or new sim? Can a RP rep confirm?

As tempting as this deal is, I STRONGLY suggest you avoid Red Pocket. I spent about a year with the carrier and had nothing but issues on a modern iPhone. Unless you don't care about reliable connectivity while mobile or spent the majority of your living hours on WiFi, do not do it.

THIS APPLIES ESPECIALLY / POTENTIALLY ONLY IF YOU PLAN TO USE AT&T TOWERS / GSMA TOWERS WITH RED POCKET

Read my review here:

DM with any questions.

AVOID RED POCKET GSMA/AT&T!!!! It really is an example of "too good to be true"

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with T-Mobile that's paid off, anyone know if I have to stick to GSMA (AT&T/T-mobile) or if I can see if CDMA (Verizon) gives me better coverage? Thanks!
Sorry hopefully you see the response. I did this when I bought an ATT phone unlocked iPhone 12 Pro Max and works on Verizon towers. Hope it helps. Oh currently using Verizon towers.

I just bit and bought two of the 12GB GSMA codes for myself and a family member. I guess joke is on me if the Cyber Monday deal is better, but it often isn't, and one of the top sites for getting cash back had an extra $2.50 off $15+ orders (in addition to the regular $1 they give you) which expires at midnight. Chase is also offering 5% back if you run it through PayPal after activating on one of their Freedom/Freedom Flex cards.

So all in, it's $15.54/mo for 12GB data, unlimited talk, and "unlimited" texts (for my purposes it's unlimited, even though if you have a teenager who insists on sending 20000 texts a month, I understand that it actually isn't), on AT&T towers, which is the best service around here, and our phones work for another year. I hope the hotspot still works, even though I don't use it a lot.

I considered switching to save a few bucks and get a bit more data, but one of our phones is still AT&T locked, and the service has been very good for several years now on RedPocket. Price is definitely not going the right direction, though, as the deal 6 weeks ago was better.

I still need a deal on a 25-30GB/mo plan for someone in the household who actually uses that much data. So far, absolutely nothing this year on that front. $360 is basically RedPocket's regular price for that on eBay whenever you buy it.

Red Pocket is the WORST carrier I've ever used. Customer service is a joke. Literally. They will laugh at you and hang up when you try to get help. Contract terms mean nothing to them. Do not give these people your money.

RP is a joke. That's no BF deal. I got this exact 12GB plan a couple months ago for $194.
Time machine then?

According to other Reddit posts and the chat I did, you simply buy the "renewal" but you would activate it AT THE LAST DAY OF YOUR ANNUAL PLAN because unlike renewing to the same plan, renewing to a different plan you would lose the reminder of the old plan at the activation time.

I ported out of RedPocket (ATT sim) and I simply just hit the "Port Management" on the website. 1-2-3. It was so easy and fast. I was surprised because I didn't expect that. I never even heard of infimobile. Infimobile is probably such a new startup company that they don't have the tools or experienced customer reps like more established popular phone companies so that is probably why more steps or more work. I read some issues from infimobile customer service side during the portin process on reddit.

I believe the renewal to a more expensive data plan starts immediately once activated but if you downgrade, it would later start at the end of your current plan.

Just be very careful with RedPocket…they will disconnect the service without any warning if you make too many calls like joining work meeting calls or talking with someone for too long…it's great for someone who doesn't use the phone a whole lot. Also, the phone service doesn't work that well if you are on the road a lot with the roaming etc.

Also, getting your number ported out is not very easy as you will have to go through multiple hoops.

I haven't gone through the port out process yet but the only additional atypical step is that you have to call RP to release your number after the receiving carrier gets your request. That's what usually trips people up because other carriers don't require it. I guess it's a security measure.
