I order from Canvas Champ 10+ times a month and the quality is great. Once in a while a print comes in with an issue but i email their customer service and they send out a replacement. I've been ordering with them for over 2 years now.

After reading horrible reviews of this company, I will definitely not be ordering anything from them.

It comes on a wooden frame, but it doesn't have a forward facing frame. Basically it is canvas stretched over a wood frame, but it doesn't have anything on the front of it. I usually just hang them as is. You don't need a decorative frame for all pictures.

I received this order today and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. To start, the two pieces are packed canvas to canvas with nothing in between the canvases to protect them; they were stuck together and I had to rip them apart. One of my prints is light and the other dark. The dark ink is transferred to the light print in multiple locations; the worst is the middle of the image where the eyes look at most. One of the prints, the middle cross wood piece has a significant crack and they used staples to help keep it together; why not just use a new piece! Lastly, I opened the two pieces and left them for a couple of hours. When I came back, some sunlight has warmed up the pieces a little. One of the two pieces warped badly. I usually have my large prints done at Bay Photo and this order, as they say, I got what I paid for. I'm ashamed to think of the intention of giving them as gifts.
