It's not usually the stomach that it's heating but instead heated pockets.

I have a few different types of these. The light up colored buttons are a bit annoying. They seem pretty durable overall but the heat zones are relatively small. Thermal image attached.

www.spatium.systems also makes one that apparently connects to any fabric.

I was wondering if it had a way to warm the chest. You wonder if there's some issue with warming that area that can be a health issue. I think this would be good to wear with a device to make you sweat as a warmup before exercising.

I have one I bought about 3 years ago from Aliexpress, still works great surprisingly. People are always amazed when they see and then feel it. Mine is opposite, 2 zones on back 4 on front. 3 heating levels. If I start on high, it'll go to med after about 15 mins, then to low after another 15 mins. I doubt any of these will stay on high or med heat for safety reasons I guess.

No it's the stomach. Annoyingly the pockets in these AREN'T heated! The one on the battery pack side is warm but that's just because the battery is warm. These are still great, though, I love mine. Different "brand" but they're mostly all the same. Mine is the same layout as this
