You guys HUGE HUGE HUGE red flag on this product and the other Biobidets.
The toilet seats are known to crack after 1-2 years.

I had 3 of these and ALL 3 cracked.

Stick with Moen or Kohler or Toto

I bought both models from Costco last year. I installed each in my 2 bathrooms. Kohler is bulky and seating is uncomfortable. I replaced with BB550. It's accurate and very comfortable. Of course Kohler C3 has remote with more options compared to BB550. I will be ordering the BB550 now for my 3rd bathroom.

I've heard Bio Bidet has QC issues and breaks frequently. I sprung the extra cash for the Toto Washlet, which shows as $100 more than I paid now. Recommended it last week to a friend for $250 (what I paid) and now it says $350. It looks like they're going to call it a "sale" when it goes down to the regular price of $250.

I bought mine from Costco. It was $12 cheaper than Amazon is showing right now, but I just checked Costco and the price is up to $350. Lol I wouldn't spend that much on a butt washer.

Will never buy another Bio Bidet products. Its quality is pos. Returned two bidets back to Costco twice for different issues after less than 2 years of usage. Getting a new Toto bidet instead.

Got Bio Bidet BB2000 in Jul 2019 and still going strong after moving multiple times. I would recommend.

I bought two back in 2020 for $449 out of door each, just pulled my email receipt to verify if I bought at a lower price, it was $380 + tax, LOL. One from woot and one from bidgetking.com, back in march 2020.

However, I only installed one and it's 4 years now, the spray has stopped working about a year ago, but the seat has never cracked. I just spent $500+ for a Toto K300 from Amazon couple weeks ago, will replace it.

Guess what is still rocking after 4 years? I have another installation, the brondell 1400 or whatever the highest model of brondell from costco for $300 at the time, it has never stopped working, even the remote battery hasn't changed yet.

PS, reading this deal got my curious. So I went to check on that BB2000 stopped spray, it's in guest room, turns out BB2000 needs you to seat properly to function. If you move around to get the massage it'll malfunction and not spray water. Guess they thought of everything but missing the actual customer uses, LOL. Oh well, now I don't need to install the Toto, it goes to garage after all.

These bidets don't break, it's really annoying, how am I supposed to replace with a new model, sigh.

Maybe that's lower end models. I'm 210 lbs and have had my BB2000 for around 4 years and it's still perfect. I can recommend this model.
