It says returnable....how exactly does one return something this big? Can't drop off at ups, Kohl's, or whole foods

Maybe they'll say keep the product and we'll refund you 😂

Yes, so the shipping will come and pick up. so youd just have to keep it boxed and help them with pickup.

- Start return process
-Shipping calls you to make appointment day for pickup
- Pickup

Osaki chairs don't last with regular use. I recommend the cheaper chairs like the ones at BJs and Costco. They last much longer

There's so many models and pricing alone for osaki for new buyers like me to get confused. I tested them and liked the new dual 4D Ai with side panels. Which of these are comparable to that or strong enough as that? Being naive, I assume the 4D aspect is what I'm looking for. Thanks.

I cannot understand why these are so expensive. Can someone help explain? Is it purely because they're a luxury item?

You'll want to do some research to figure out how much you are willing to spend for which features. The only way to really know is to go into a store and try them out. 4D is better than 3D and I wouldn't get a 3D unless I was never going to possibly save up enough for a 4D chair.

$3k for a chair is entry level. Yes they are unnecessary, a luxury and expensive, but if you value a massage everyday then it's worth its weight in gold.

IMO a fraction of a fraction of people would ever utilize this to its potential. I'm oddly one of those people and consider my $7k well spent every day / time I hop in my chair.

100% they pay SD handsomely. Titan, osaki and clearance chair are on FP every week seemingly. I would agree they shill really bad here but it is what it is.

People should buy from BJ / Costco or anywhere they have a real warranty and in store support. There are just too many nightmare stories of these companies abandoning their customers after the return window closes.

I've had mine for close to 6 years now and use it 1-2x daily. It's still going strong with no issues

One of the lucky ones. I've had 2, one was warranty replaced after a month and even the replacement didn't make it a year. 2nd one broke 4 different times needing different parts to fix.
