  3. Under 'Samsung Trade-In', select 'Yes, trade-in', select 'Other' brand and then 'Any Smartwatch, Any Condition'
  4. Under 'VIP Advantage and Samsung Care+', select 'No Coverage'
  5. Click 'continue' to proceed to checkout
  6. In the checkout screen, move the mouse away from the window/towards other tabs as if you were going to leave the page but don't leave the page yet
  7. A popup should appear to convince you to stay in checkout by offering a 25% off coupon
  8. Click the popup to get the 25% off coupon and redeem it
  9. The 25% off coupon should take off $7 from the price (the math doesn't make sense)

I'm doing this now. Does it take awhile to get through to chat? I seem to be stuck with no response. "You cannot type right now."

After waiting for half an hour. I went searching for the OTHER chat. How confusing. But it's done. I suggest everyone start closing their trade in accounts so you don't get any surprise charges later.

I contacted customer service because I had not received an email since they said "we got the watch." They said they reached out to a different team, and then the trade-in was approved. The confirmation email said "We are happy to inform you that there will not be any chargeback". LOL were they trying to do a charge-back (yet failing; if so, I think I know why...) without first telling me anything?

Has anyone heard anything recently? My trade-ins aren't even marked as received yet. I did chat them in December and they confirmed they saw they had been shipped in. I tried to chat today and no agent ever joined.

Initiate another chat until agent joins and overrides the trade for you. They did it for me without me even asking for an override. I just told them it's beyond the 21 business days

This is insane. Mine still shows as not received, I just chatted and got this response: "we already received your trade in device last January 06, 2025. And as part of the process, we only have 21 days for our internal team to triage the said smartwatch of yours, however there's a latency with our process due to high volume of device that we're receiving."
Internally they recorded receipt over a month ago, but on order status they haven't gotten around to it?!?

I have the same issue.
I called, and they said the twenty-one days are twenty-one working days. That works out to about a month.
