You have to get past the Amazon Pay botton to enter the select payment screen and then check out screen

I was able to get the new Mario Party Jamboree for $38.00 as well.

update: works, but had to checkout, select Amazon pay, confirm the payment details, continue to checkout, then the prime discount reflects the discount.
IMO, it feels super sketchy to go that far into a checkout loop for a discount to show, but that seems to be how Woot! works🤷
