I have used the ones to link below. However, they are still going strong after 2 years? The only thing that deteriorated are the pads. I don't know how similar they are. The noise cancelling could be better but it fairly works (if something is too loud, it will be slightly muffled.)

I've had these for 5 years, went through three sets of foam ear pads, they started to rip at the seams. They worked great ANC is OK, it doesn't cancel much. Not nearly BOSE QC or Sony XM level. The sound is ok but, there is no EQ option. As of two months ago they started having this high pitched whine anytime they are turned on. This is a known issue, many users also reported this on reddit. They are no unusable unless ANC is turned off manually every time I turn on the headphones. They did last 5 years so I consider that as a good run for these. I can say these are extremely comfortable, not as comfortable as my Bose headphones but they are half the price.

i think these were comparable to skullcandy's design and fit and comfort imho.

Spend the extra, get the Accentum, which is $108 on Amazon. Better headphone and far more comfortable.

I have these (and the older model with micro-usb). Both were very uncomfortable at first, putting a ton of pressure on the head. After a few weeks they started to break in and became comfortable for long periods. Sound quality is good. The battery doesn't seem to degrade much and they are extremely durable, except the ear pads. The pads rip at the seem after a while, exposing a foam underneath, but they are replaceable.

My main problem with them is if you walk away or disconnect them from a device, a lady with an english accent constantly says "device disconnected" every 15-30 seconds. Once that begins, it never ends unless you reconnect that device or shut them off for a few minutes. I usually have them connected to a computer and phone, and this becomes a big problem when walking away from the computer. Other than that I highly recommend them.

They're my favorite headphones to wear at the gym. Absolutely 0 issues while jogging, sprinting, lifting weights, etc. If you're doing something hanging upside down, they may fall off, but there's a way to keep them on if you put the top part closer to your forehead and tighten them up a bit.

I can't speak for the ANC, but i've had the 4.40 bt which is the same form factor and for over ears, they are not very big, and aren't very comfortable. the pads are pretty hot too its not an easy wear this for 5 hours type of headphone so make sure you try them on somewhere first

The one thing I hate about Sennheiser, every damn pair of headphones I've had from them has had the ear pads fail miserably from the tiny plastic ring holding them, the leather or velour will be fine it's that damn brittle plastic retainer that always fails where it clips onto the headphones.
