3/8 stubby at more than 25% off w/ free shipping!

***The item number shown on the page is 2562-20, which is the newest model at 550 ft lb
However they haven't updated the item description, so it still shows the old torque rating.

Just tried making a purchase, and it declined both my cards — a debit and credit. Anyone else make a successful order?
Maybe it just doesn't like my small bank, but I'm going to take it as a sign and not try a third card.

Right part number for the new version, but wrong pictures, wrong description and sketch website. They are an Authorized Dealer though. Hmmmmmm

Pricing mistake? Image mistake? Description mistake?

My logic is this: They're a well known authorized dealer with plenty of retail outlets, so they stock the current version of each tool. They dont have any other 3/8 stubby product page, and the only one they do have shows the new part #. The new part # didn't exist until the new stubby came out, and someone updated the website with the new number. Also, only a couple auth retailers still have the old stubby and they have separate pages for old and new. I think it's a risk worth taking!

Same for me, the model number and UPC match up with the new model, so I took a chance too. Worst case, it is the wrong one and you return it and nothing gained nothing lost.

Yeah, it's worth the trouble but the only thing that gives it away for me is the original listed price on that listing page: original price $179.99 - sale price $143.99

My HD rep said Big R isn't nationwide, so isn't considered a competitor. They wouldn't price match

Big R dude is a good company bro-ham. They have a sketch website because:

- Used the wrong product picture
- Used the wrong product description
- Used the wrong list price
- Having trouble taking CC and Debit
- Having trouble shipping out of state but not declaring
- Didn't post the fact that they are an authorized Milwaukee dealer
- Customer service only available M-F

So in summary, dude-bro', they need to fire their web-designer and out source to someone with product knowledge. Bro-meister out. LOL

*2 thumbs up on the deal is pretty telling. You can keep thumbing down my fact-based posts @Bgeorge119 - truth hurts.
