Can also get an extra 10% off by buying a giftcards.com 100$ gift card for 90$ with the current promotion, and then using the giftcards.com giftcard to buy a guitar center gift card for 100$. Combining this with the 10$ back in rewards and 5$ coupon should effectively make the price of the headphones 75$ with a total payment of 90$ for the headphones + 10$ rewards + 5$ left on the Guitar Center gift card.
Even better if you combine Paypal 5% off with Freedom Flex when buying the 90$ Giftcards.com coupon!

I had a pair of these some time ago and they were one of the most comfortable headphones I've owned, not to mention good sound and for $99 I'd say it's a steal. I've since upgraded and sold my old ones, but I remember having a great time with these.

These are reference headphones mainly for studio mixing/monitoring. Well known in the audiophile community for having a wide soundstage, as a cheaper alternative to Sennheiser HD 800s. You'd probably need a good DAC to get a good output. It's not too hard to drive, so an amp may not be required (I use it straight out of a Scarlett 2i2).

Not great vs Hifiman Sundara. Do the research - worth it.
Sundara costs at least twice this price no? The best I've seen is ~180$ open box.
I agree that the Sundaras would have overall better sound (except perhaps for the soundstage).

I still have Two A900x sets, is this better? Is there a comparison somewhere? I plan on buying a Fiio BT DAC soon

I don't know much about headphones, but from a little bit of poking around I found out these are open back headphones with 62 ohms of impedance. I would use my LG V60 phone to drive them, but I'm looking for something to trigger the 75 ohm mode. Just wanted to share my findings.

Exactly what I was gonna say. I don't think the closed back can match the sound of an open back Sundara.

The cable looks proprietary, can you buy duplicates?

The build quality looks suspect, like it could break easy?

Any word on any of these concerns?
