This tree just came back in stock for delivery! I just ordered one. The site showed quantity of 70+ available for delivery when I first noticed an hour ago, then 42 when I checked out.

Just got mine set up this weekend. Very nice for the money. Added a 6' foot switched cord to connect to the tree and to another 6' cord to the top. This way one foot switch turns both the tree and topper on and off together. Got an LED star topper at Home Depot on sale for under $13. It's super light, but the tree won't support it. So I also ordered a Village Lighting Company universal tree topper holder and stabilizer to get the topper set up. Had to use one of these on a much more expensive tree in the past, so it's worth the $25 extra to set it and forget it.
