I bought this tree yesterday and returned the T5. In order to get the reduced price, I had to pick up in store, although I did speak to a CSR and he was willing to reduce the shipped price

I posted this in another thread yesterday that this was in Home Depots black friday ad, valid until 12/4. Also, this is 1550 branch tips and 550 LEDs.

Looks like they decided $80 was too cheap and now selling the same tree for $99. BOOOOO

I had to have phone customer service help. On hold for 20 minutes, then took them 40 minutes to agree to the $79. I had to give them a zip code that showed it still worked and they had to replicate the price in order for them to concede. What a pain 😩. They are shipping it to me.

I was able to order it for $79 + tax =~ $86. Thanks OP. I chose delivery option instead of pickup as the stock showed limited at my nearest store. It still worked.

No the T5 is $99, the T11 is $199 with a few areas getting it for $79.

I just spent 40 minutes with home depot customer service rep on phone. She would not honor the $79 sale price unless I could find that sale in my current state. All of my state's home depots show the $199 price. Dang.
