It's the updated version of the QC 35/45 albeit very similar. I have these headphones, and I would highly recommend them. I prefer these over the Bose QC Ultra, Sony, and AirPods Max. (I've owned them all).

I mostly use ANC headphones for flights and when I need to focus on work. The main reason I'd pick the QuietComforts is how incredibly comfortable they are. Sure, they're made of plastic, and some might say that makes them feel cheap, but I could wear them for hours on end. Bose is known for its ANC tech, so the noise cancellation on these is amazing. The sound quality is great coming from an average listener who enjoys music and podcasts. The last reason is physical buttons. Touch controls are finicky and sometimes don't work if the weather is cold or your fingers are slightly damp--no, thank you. The other headphones have more features, but I don't think they're worth the extra few hundred dollars.

They're definitely worth a shot. Now's a great time to try them because of the extended return window for the holidays.

This has a problem with the white light being on permanently and draining the battery after a few months use.Tried 2 of these and gaveup .Hot apple airpod max but i font like it being too bulky as well
