The program isnt available for people to use right away, apparently a lot of features have been disabled unit "tax law changes" get addressed.

Costco reviews state that most forms are not currently available, so you can't use this year's version for end-of-year tax planning so far.

Is the $10 credit good for anything? I don't think it would make me e-file my state return, I still just send that by mail. If not, I would go with Amazon and get the extra 5% off.

If you don't need the Intuit credit then wait for the Amazon $10 gift card deal that comes around in late December every year instead, it will be the same price.

Most folks only do the e-file from this list; in your case better to wait for the gift card deal.

I do not ever consider Turbotax deal as it is significantly higher than Block. I do not understand what is the draw and why so many are willing to pay near double to get your tax return done.

I used freetaxusa.com to file for free last year after being a long time TurboTax user. The experience was almost identical. F*ck TurboTax & their annual scams.
