I'm on simple choice from 10 years ago. Lol
Should put "Bill Credits" in the title.
Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

I went to the corporate store and it was an office and no one there, a huge waste of time. I drove to a near by T-Mobile store in a shopping plaza and they took my phone and processed it quickly.
Look for T-Mobile Experience stores on the store locator page. Those are the easiest to deal with.

FYI - The $800 pixel 9 promo ends TONIGHT according to Tforce representative I spoke to.
If you want in on this deal, do it today as it will likely be gone tomorrow.
As for the free buds promo, that will continue, but without the $800 pixel 9 promo, it doesnt matter much.

Thanks for the heads up - just ordered a S9 from ebay and seller shared IMEI so was able to get my order in. Not bad - around $160 total (ebay + t-mo taxes) for Pixel9 & buds. Best of all getting this on my free t-mo line!

anyone find a deal on a cheap case?

thanks!

I'd say, yes, worth it
- Better, brighter, slightly higher resolution LTPO screen
- 33% more RAM
- Telephoto camera
- Better selfie camera
- UWB bands
- Better heat management with vapor chamber
- If going with the XL version, then also bigger display and battery
Upgrading to the Pro then just for the UWB. Really helpful out where I live.

Just want to make sure you know what UWB is for. UWB in this case is for short-range communication.

I did support chat with T-Mobile to see if they can give me the buds cause I did the promo last week. I got escalated and was told they will call me back within 24 hours. What are the chances they will give me the buds?

I called 611, explained the situation and he said he'd look into it and said they can't apply the A buds promo that started on 12/2 to the 11/23 transaction of my Pixel 7 trade in for the Pixel 9. He then said he's looking into further similar promotions. He put me on hold for 20 min while checking in periodically. He said option 1 would be to cancel the original Pixel 9 order and return it with no fees due to the 14 day buyer's remorse program and then place the order now for the current promotion. I let him know I already returned my Pixel 7 so that won't work (it's way too much of a hassle anyway and not worth it). The second option he gave me was to order the Pixel buds now for $99 and he'll give me a one-time $50 credit on my bill. I'm on Simple Choice and have been with TMo for 21 years. I asked if he could do a one-time $100 credit. He said he'll have to put in the request and it might take 24-48hrs to get an answer. I said let's try for the $100 credit and he said he'll call me back on 12/6 with an answer.

Just need to place separate orders. I did 2 separate orders last night, 2 sets of buds for free.
Nice. Hope that works out. I ordered the 9 Pro last week without the bud and actually ordered the 9 earlier this morning with the bud. Then, I decided to try to see if I can add the bud to the first order or get credit. It may have been bad "sequencing" on my part...lol. I was told on FB chat a few minute ago that "The promotion does only allow for 1 redemption per account, so that would be the max number of Google Buds on Us offers you can take advantage of. Does that clear things up a bit?" So looks like no-go for me. Would have been nice to get a credit, but I'm okay with that...but hope others can do better!

Gotcha, T-Mobile just put a UWB tower up close to where I live and on my S24, it is always showing UWB and doesn't drop out like my wife's S21 does. Hopefully by getting the Pro model with the UWB, her calls will stop dropping all the time!

Was able to call T-Mobile to cancel my previous Pixel 9 order that was still only backorder and reorder it online with the Pixel Buds! As long as your card hasn't been charged for the taxes you should be able to cancel and reorder easily. I was okay with getting the phone later since the backorder fulfill date was early next year.

I think you're referring to UC. UWB is for close communication like using your phone for car keys or air tags and not cellular connectivity.

Does it still cause Bluetooth issues? Turned UWB off on mine just in case.

https://www.yahoo.com/tech/early-...03004.html
"We've found that disabling UWB seems to improve Bluetooth performance. Until Google rolls out a fix, turning off UWB might offer temporary relief."
