Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

You mistook my intention for that statement. My point was, it's possible to put more than one order per line since the activation of the device and monthly credit hasn't begin. So this allows the previous individual to resolve his issue having to pay extra for the earbuds.

As for what you're doing, the system is not approving two same promotions for one line. You will receive 1 promotion monthly credit per line.

It has nothing to do with the line or association between line and phone. The phone cannot be paid off if under a promo because the promo credits and payment plan are now linked.

A phone cannot be linked to two accounts at once, and it is irrelevant whether you happen to be using the phone on an active line. The phone is still under a device payment plan on your account.

Anybody do this deal on the ONE plan? It shows that I'm only eligible for $500 trade in for my S21 but after I checked out it shows that my trade in is $800. Does anybody have the same experience? Also I forgot to add the pixel buds during transaction but Im not sure if i want to bring this up to them, because if i have to change the order I'm afraid that the $800 trade in will be reduced to $500. Any tips?

the kicker, you CANT pay it off early. No calling tmobile or going to the store and saying cna i just pay the full $200 balance off now. nope.

The error pop up when I used different address. Put in the same address to see if it goes into the next page

Magneta Military - No issue see screenshot tested 1:26 EST. Try refreshing or removing everything from cart and re-adding.

I just got off the phone with 611 and asked if they could just add the buds to my Thanksgiving 9 Pro XL upgrade, and she took care of it no problem. Only problem is, there's a shipping fee which was like 15 bucks. Not sure if the A series buds are worth that, but can confirm that if you get the right agent, they will give you the buds. No shipping your new phone back or restocking fee or anything like that. Note that it's a bill credit promo so it's free, but you have to pay it off in installments (so they basically give you the money on your monthly bill).
