I thought about it, but one of the reviews says:
"It's cute and it's very exciting for the kids but it's definitely a lot of money. It doesn't cool enough and you can't leave it on constantly because it makes ice and runs and drips."

It also includes a picture of a label on it that says:
"This cooler is not intended for continuous use - we recommend you turn the cooler off intermittently"

So it's not really a "mini fridge", it's like the Xbox coolers they had. Lots of reviews mention issues when leaving it on, which is what most people would want/expect to do.
Roughly $10 month at 22 cents per kWh
These things shouldn't legally be allowed to be called refrigerators.

So it's more like a Creeper prop for <$30. Not bad I guess if you look at it that way. Just not what for it's marketed as.

It doesn't work like a normal fridge. And it will die pretty quickly.

It looks like it has two plugs. One for the lights and one for the cooler. This would be cool to use for kids minec toys storage as well and not use the cooler part.
That was my thought. Curious what the potential is to gut it and make it some kind of fun storage.

Thermoelectric cooling is trash. Even a dorm fridge is several times more efficient.

These type of fridges are criminally inefficient (IE expensive to run, ie wastes your money), do not buy

Exactly what I was thinking, these things are just a waste of electricity/money for a mediocre "fridge" that barely chills

YouTuber Technology Connections did a detailed review on these, search: Thermoelectric Cooling It's Not Great.

In summary NOT efficient as a fridge.
I was waiting for someone to mention that video. 😊

Technology Connections is a great channel.

FWIW I bought the TNT 9-can the other day. Same manufacturer as this one. It is much cooler than my old one of a similar type. I use it at work for soda only. Nothing that will spoil. It's plenty cool for soda. I could take an internal temperature tonight if anyone is interested in that.
Thanks for posting about the TNT version. Also a Creeper version just like the TNT but green of course. Walmart price tracking shows they sold for $14 at one time maybe clearance price.
I found them on ebay for more than that but wanted to give all 3 together as a gift.

The 9 can doors light up red and green and look very cool for a Minecraft fan. I am sure will be a great hit for Christmas.
