Parent of 4.5 and 1.5 year olds. We have something basically equivalent to this.

Honestly, it's pretty great for them. They've learned a lot of body control comfort and are actually quite docile using it - and it's a good outlet when we don't want them jumping on other things. And yes, they do know and act accordingly by jumping on this vs couch or something else.

Edit: forgot to mention we've had this for about 3 years and it's been useful the entire time.

I'm a social worker, and many of my families use these for sensory stimulation for children on the Autism Spectrum.

Ask your parents how they felt about you with this when you were little.

This won't stop them from jumping on the couch anyways if that's what the product is trying to do.

Is this made by Mainway Toys? It would make a great SNL sketch. Something that "cheap" is probably cheap for a reason. If not dangerous, it will probably break within the first week.

We bought one like this during Covid and the kids (now 3 and 6) still randomly ask for it to be brought back up. Easily the best bang for the buck of any toy we've purchased.

I was thinking of getting this, but then I realized I had a bounce house from last year that was around 50 bucks which is probably safer than this

We have the Little Tikes one that we found on OfferUp for $5. It has a much higher handle bar. My 2 and 3 year olds love to jump on it. I'm not sure I want to get this one due to the low grab bars though.

Is this only for good for autistic children or is this good for normal children too?
