I purchased these in may of this year and between coupon and subscribe and save price at that time came out to $10.30. Primarily got these for the vitamins, and repurchased because of them again. Because as mentons or fresheners that's non existent here.

Does anyone know how many I can pop these in one day since these has vitamins?

Based on this if you pop more than 2 a day they will pop back out.

Vitamins C, B6 and B12 are all water soluble so your body just passes the extra through your urine. You can eat as many as you want

I looked at the table on the back.

What kind of vitamins are these?

They only provide C, B6, and B12. You have to consume 4 pieces to get those %.
