Well I wanted to know if it carry's the staub warranty...not necessarily if the store would take it back if i was unhappy.

Despite what is said by the previous poster, I re-read the warranty and believe it is entirely covered by the OEM warranty. I've purchased several Staub items direct from Zwilling, and the same Q as you re: warranty on imperfect/blemish items. My impression is the warranty fully applies. The terms the other previous poster shared indeed cover non-returnable rules but the warranty page makes no exception for blemish items or similar. Hope that helps!

Wrong. Page 25 in the Staub booklet clearly states :
"The Staub warranty does not apply to 'B' goods.".
Visual imperfections are B grade.
