Since you cannot use DJI software, batteries or controllers it's not the same hardware. I don't get why anyone would buy this compared to a refurb mini 4k. I have not seen anything other than guessing that this is connected to DJI somehow. Since it is made in Malaysia, it's not off the same production line as DJI. I wish there was a DJI alternative (I miss you Parrot!) but a no-name drone should have a lower price than this.
So other than the hardware, software, the manufacturing site and accessory compatibility it's exactly the same as DJI.
Edit: I really dislike companies not being open about who they are. Old versions of the Cogito home page start with, "We are a Hong Kong-based startup company working on innovative products..." but the current version seems to have removed all reference to being a China based company. (Hong Kong is part of China and no longer independent in any way.)
