Their website states orders ship in 10-20 business days from the date of order. I had asked earlier in this thread if anyone could comment from experience but got no response. Mine is not a gift so it's no big deal but it's been two weeks since I ordered and no status update.

NJ, glad I'm not the only one, was afraid they shipped it without notification, packages get stolen within 2 minutes here. Impossible to call them right now assuming people spamming them about orders sitting for 20 days

Nothing here either. I also ordered on 12/11 and my order is still processing. The frustrating part is they already charged me.

Ditto. Accounting for the holidays, 20 business days from 12/11 would be 1/14. So if I don't hear anything by the end of next week I'm going to try to contact them.

Next time I look to piece together an all-clad item, I'll avoid this place to save $10-$15 if they're going to act like they're shipping from China. Ridiculous.

They told me last week was inventory week and stuff should be shipping this week lol, fingers crossed.

I received my shipping notification this morning, Label Created. Hopefully they don't sit on it for days like some merchants. I live in the same state it's shipping from so I'm hoping to have it soon.
