Edit: I researched the UPC. It looks like the UPC and the item I received is Rose Gold. The toothbrush looks white to me, so I had used the White UPC. Looking up the UPC though, this is the UPC for Rose Gold. Nowhere on the box does it say it is Rose Gold, the receipt doesn't say it is Rose Gold, the HSN website doesn't say it is Rose Gold. But I guess it is, based on the UPC.
So I resubmitted and will see what will happen.
This is a vibrating toothbrush, which I found I simply can not take. It sends tickling shocks up through my upper front jaw. I had previous surgery in this area years ago where my upper jaw was completely separated and jaw surgically put back together and nerves had to regrow in this area. Forgot about the problem. Never experienced an issue, but his toothbrush is impossible for me to use. Going to my wife instead.
