Not a guitar I'd ever buy. But I can say I swapped some Burstbuckers (2 & 3) in an Epi 59 for those pickups and the guy couldn't tell the difference between them.
You can put those in anything...lol. But if you do buy this, give the pickups a fair shot. They're really surprisingly good compared to what they used to use.
I believe this uses quick connect wiring. I owned one of these but never opened it up to verify. You could add it. I believe there are kits so you don't muck up the quick connect.
One thing to note about these is they're comparatively light weight. They feel so nice and you can play them forever.
