I have Instacart+, but it wants to charge me $9.99 delivery fee. I have $10+ of items in my cart. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you get the $5 off if you buy in store? I was able to order on Instacart but max was 5 to get $4 off each. Thanks OP!
