APPLY HERE [ebikeincentives.org] button above at that time to be put in a first come first served order. The first installment of the launch will offer $3 million to help fund up to 1,500 e-bikes.

Vouchers will be available in a two-tier system based on income. People earning a gross annual income less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) would be eligible for a $1,750 voucher.
People earning below 225% of the FPL or living in certain low-income communities will receive a $2,000 voucher.
