Seeing the 50W max TDP for the RTX 4070 GPU means that this will struggle to play games at the kind of frame rates you would expect from a fully powered (115W) 4070.
If it weren't for that I would be very intrigued as the Intel Core Ultra with integrated ARC graphics should give excellent battery life for non gaming applications and the 4070 (if full powered) would give excellent gaming performance when plugged in.

The Swift X line has traditionally been targeted at content creators. Definitely not a gaming rig but looks like a nice laptop nonetheless. Most of the popular configurations over the years have had solid but underpowered dGPU's. Not sure if it makes sense to invest in a low powered 4070 at this price point but there are tradeoffs involved like screen quality, efficiency, battery life, lower temps.
