Etsy used to be for the hand crafter, but they're squeezing out the little guy by charging exorbitant fees, punishing sellers for not offering things like free or heavily discounted shipping (after also taking a percentage of the shipping cost in fees), and allowing cheap factory made chinese goods to flood their listings and drown out the real makers. I will never buy on Etsy due to this. It sucks that individual makers get the shaft, but I won't support Etsy's profit first business model while riding high on the backs of makers that made it a thing in the first place.

My app says I'm in eligible. I pay for an Etsy insiders account too, so that feels a little unfair/annoying. Just trying to bring in people that aren't regular Etsy users I guess.

You can still find quality hand crafted goods, but i agree you have to wade through a lot of junk or just Temu/Aliexpress cheap stuff being resold. I like the creative 3D printed stuff that you can find on Etsy, since I don't have a 3D printer or access to one.

This is a fringe case, but if you have a psvr2, the Vader one Gunstock by Kobra VR is a little over $100, if you add it to your cart and wait several hours the seller usually sends a 10% off code as well. If you stock both the American Express offer and this one, should be about 30% off

Edit: just make sure that your total amount including shipping and tax comes out to at least $100 for the AmEx offer to trigger on your card
