Not sure how much of a deal this is considering a similar brand new configuration is $999.99 at Walmart (even keeping in mind the better graphics and Windows Pro here).

I got this same PC build (referb) from newegg a couple months ago. Works really well and a fantastic deal for those that are seeking a prebuild with a 4070 Super. Pretty difficult to find a better deal with apples to apples hardware.

My experience is anecdotal, but the motherboard from my unit was MSI PRO B650-VC WIFI III. That being said, I had a hard time finding documentation for this model.

Solid deal @ $1050 with a 4070 super and 1 year warranty. However it's now sold out. The walmart IBuyPower desktop is still in stock with a regular 4070. It's not a super but at least the system is brand new...
