Schedule a test drive at your local Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram Fiat dealer. Mine has all these at one place. Let me know if there's dealerships where you can get $50 for each.
YMMV
I posted my local one since I didn't see this deal on the Jeep website.
I turned off my pop-up blockers And it appeared in a few moments. It worked in chrome and Safari for me.

This is bs dealer told me no QR code needed and my card won't work wtf I did test drive yesterday
I would speak with dealer management. There's definitely a QR code and when you click the redemption button from the wallet it clearly asks for one. It looks like the company they hired to run the promotion for them is called Search Optics if that helps at all. That's who the email with the Amazon claim code comes from.
I did this yesterday and actually did the test drive. It was short and sweet, 15-20 min. She didn't even do the whole numbers game trying to convince me to buy. However, she couldn't figure out how to activate the card. She knew all of the screens that I would encounter and what to click, like she had done it many times, but once the card was in my wallet, she told me to tap the "Redeem" button and it brought up my camera with an overlay like I needed to scan a QR code. She said she had never seen that before and didn't know what needed to be scanned. She even tried using her phone to go through the process because she had iphone and I have Samsung. Same thing happened. We tried for like 10 min then she said that she had my number and will call me when she has it figured out. I don't expect a car salesperson to remember to call me for something that only benefits me when I haven't bought anything from them. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do to activate it, so I can stop there on my way home from work and just get it done?
Same issue for me as well. After scanning the QR code, it's showing the error in the web page
After filling out form it just says it sent info too email, but info never arrives but dealer seams too have a bot asking when am I going in for the test drive?
What does it send , not in junk mail and it's been days, I filled out again and still nothing received.
is this a scam?

It's the gift card you got in the email, then 3 dots and press redeem test drive offer. And scan QR code at dealership.

Added the QR code in my Apple wallet but weirdly the code disappeared. Did anyone face the same problem?

Same as everyone else - issues with this redemption.
Got an email. It said "click here for redemption instructions" and so I did, it took me to a site that said it would go to my digital wallet, and something looking like a card indeed showed up there, so off I went to the dealership.
OMG, what a sad space, two cars inside this huge empty building, one salesman, tumbleweeds - I drove a hybrid Grand Cherokee, which felt and drove like something from 20 years ago - really cheap-feeling.
Then the fun began. The card I pulled up in my wallet had nothing on it except my name/email and "not redeemed" A little "i" was the only thing clickable on it, and that brought up a screen with things like "stellantis.com" and "redeem test drive offer" - none of which was clickable. The dealership had a printout of instructions that said to go to the 3 dots in the upper right of the digital card, but there were no 3 dots at all. Went back to the email and clicked to redeem offer again, and it said it was already redeemed.
They had no idea.
Said they would call me. Mmmm-hmmm.
By comparison, the Subaru dealership next door took me on a test drive and before I got back in my own car there I had an email with the $50 code.
I don't think Stellantis is long for this world. Just sad all around.

Maybe that's how it is on iphone? I have Android and there were indeed 3 dots, but they brought up the same menu that the "i" did for you. That "Redeem test drive offer" does need to be clickable and it will open your camera to scan the QR code that they should have either in an email or if they printed out the email. If it helps, I was not able to use the link until I granted my browser (Chrome) access to my camera, something I don't usually allow and turned back off afterward. So I think there is either an issue with your wallet (maybe needs to be updated or for permission to allow links to open your browser to be turned on) or you may need to grant access for your browser to use your camera. Those are my suggestion. In my case, my phone told me it needed camera access, and I turned it on for it to bring up the scan QR code screen, however initially the salesperson didn't know what to scan during the first visit.

Thanks, my wallet has lots of cards and works fine, though not sure about updates lately. I'll check its permissions...
They did try to use the QR code they had on a printout, but it just brought us to a page with the same info they already had on the printout, I think. No joy.
We'll see whether I hear from them again.
I appreciate your suggestions!
If anyone is in South Georgia they have the paper taped up on the window by the managers desk was instant after scanning

Have you done the test drive? If so, did the employee know how to get the qr code that you needed to scan?
I take it that they need to put our info into their system in order for the qr code to generate.

I went for the test drive yesterday and had the same error code come up. The way they know your information for the QR code is by the initial email they send you. You click on the link to create a pass with your information. The guy I talked to said he thought the issue was that I loaded the pass outside of the geo fence of the dealership. I do not think that is true or it would come with an error when you try to load it.
The pass seems to only recognize the QR code if you are at the dealership.
Anyway, I had the same issue as everyone and I asked him to reach out to the email for help that was with the sheet and qr code. The salesman said it was the same issue with one other person he knew of as well.
It seems from the messages that no one got it to work at Jeep dealerships?
