I went for the test drive yesterday and had the same error code come up. The way they know your information for the QR code is by the initial email they send you. You click on the link to create a pass with your information. The guy I talked to said he thought the issue was that I loaded the pass outside of the geo fence of the dealership. I do not think that is true or it would come with an error when you try to load it.
The pass seems to only recognize the QR code if you are at the dealership.
Anyway, I had the same issue as everyone and I asked him to reach out to the email for help that was with the sheet and qr code. The salesman said it was the same issue with one other person he knew of as well.
It seems from the messages that no one got it to work at Jeep dealerships?

Just wanted to share my personal experience. I signed up and went to my local dealer the same day. I was upfront with the salesperson and told I came in because of the gift card. The guy didn't seem to mind and went over the whole process of getting my info and showing me a jeep grand Cherokee. I ended up spending an hour there and tested drive the car. Of course I had no intention of buying one. So at the end of the hour, I told the guy I need to get home and can you give me the gift card. He referred me to the front desk and the person at the front desk said the manager responsible for gift cards was usually in the store all the time but just happened to be off that day and asked me to come back to the dealer next day. Needless to say, I won't go back next day; it's not worth the time … don't want to spend another hour there …

Did anyone got the giftcard from this deal? Did a test drive on Saturday and still haven't received anything. They had mentioned on Saturday that corporate is out and will do it on Monday. 😑 Both Cadillac and Chevy sent theirs.

So had the same issue with the QR code disappearing but you technically do not need the QR code.
When you go to the dealer and after the whole test drive is complete, you'll have to pull it up in the wallet (whether the QR is visible is irrelevant) and hit the three dots at the top right. On that page they'll be a redeem link which you click and opens up the camera. The dealer has a separate QR code that is scanned with the camera which then prompts the Amazon gift card to be redeemed instantly with the code (and also email sent).

i did the test drive and scanning the dealer code gave me nothing from the app. It returned a giant alpha numeric code which was not the gift card and when scanning dealer code gave an error.

I had the same as everyone with the error code on Saturday. I got a call yesterday asking me to stop by as they have a new QR code from corporate. It is on my way from work so I will stop in and see if this works

I stopped by dealership this morning, did a quick test drive. The QR code does not work, received an error something 20. At the same time, another woman can in for the test drive GC offer but same problem for her. They told me, they will try to solve issue and call me back. Haven't heard back yet.

Did the same and went and they made a new code - did not work same error code 20, while there got on my iphone went to chrome to their site - did a whole other account and number and email but same name - they generated another code - still did not work.. Yet the rep said he did it on his iPhone earlier in the day and he got it to work?
Did the Chevy - got that no issue - did the Subaru 20 min after the Dodge dealer fail and that worked fine - got that $50 visa without test drive ,as i walked in 1 hour before they closed at Subaru..

Can you advise about the Cadillac please?
I did my test drive 5 days ago. The salesperson had taken my printed coupon. He did not enter the code anywhere. He said I would get the gift card in the email within 5 days.

So far I haven't gotten anything at all. Is there any number to call and check the status? The salesperson is not responding to my email.

The dealership seemed to email the help email that they have with the QR code. With that they gave me a gift card code New Year's Eve without going through the process.

Anyone else receive the GC? I haven't and no one has contacted me from the dealership. Strange promo.
