Can this work on the leather like sides on the doors in a Tesla? (I don't know what the material is called, but it's not leather). My dogs slobber dried on and nothing is able to remove it

Man, I'm afraid to use this stuff again on anything remotely important. My husband used the regular goo-gone on some sticky buttons on his Ram and it took the black coating off - it's awful. Of course, you can't just replace the damaged buttons, you have to replace the entire instrument module, which requires you to disassemble part of the dash. 😭

Probably would have been better off with a spray, 2 parts isopropyl alcohol and 1 part water + a toothpick or something. Sorry that happened.
