You probably want 120Hz or higher? That will work against battery life. If you want higher rates, get an entry-level gaming laptop like the Asus A15 at $500. 144Hz at least by my experience, but your battery will last maybe half as long if you insist on that rate on battery besides having a higher powered CPU to drain battery etc. At a $500 price point, the web page scrolling will never be as smooth as your latest iPhone or Samsung because they cost a grand or more.
