1000 mg of sodium per box, Terriyaki Beef flavor. That is not as bad as I thought. For example, The Nongshim Spicy Shin noodles have 1800mg of sodium per package. That being said, 1000 mg of sodium is approximately 2/3 the amount of a low sodium recommended daily intake. I suppose that is doable with this product, so I rate the Terriyaki Beef variant of this product a B.

I try not to use all of the flavor packets or drink all of the broth.

Saved me the hassle of looking. Lower sodium diets are tough!

I always estimate the percentage of the salt content. This one is under 1%- 1g per 113g portion. Not bad for a product not marketed as "reduced sodium"

Anything not teriyaki has disappeared huh. The non teriyaki stuff was surprisingly good. This all taste like teriyaki+ variation.

Seriously. 😅

$1.25 each at Dollar Tree for these, and I have seen places like Walmart and Target list them individually before for $5 or $6. So, this is an amazing deal for them, and they are pretty tasty. If people are worried about sodium (let's be honest, whether you are the healthiest person on the planet, or you eat like shit, we're all going to die eventually), use only some of the packet. What people don't seem to realize with these, is that they aren't supposed to be eaten by a single person. Most of them say two or three servings on the nutritional information. So, if you're eating the whole thing by yourself, that's a choice that you have decided to make.

That advice is great for ramen noodles but these are not like that have a flavor packet that sticks to the noodles no extra broth here.
