I got the 16gb version from BJs on BF for $650 and it's still on sale but for $699

That said, the 4060 setup in the Microcenter offering is better. 8gb vram is probably the lowest you want to shoot for.
This system is more of a basic "it works out-of-the-box, but it does not work well out-of-the-box." You'll want to up the ram at least. I noticed a good boost on my Acer going from 16 (2x8) to 32 (2x16). (PH16, 13700hx, 4060)
