and you can't fix this by adding another 2x8 ram as in most cases that won't work or make things worse.

eventually after many firmware updates they might manage it with some
special timing management between pairs, but not at the moment.
i bought the gigabyte B650 eagle ax, out of 100's of possible ram sticks
only a dozen at 4800 speed at CL38 will run all 4 slots or 50% slower
than most 2x 6000 speed CL30 will run. also none of the sticks i see
as 4 slot allowed will support AMD Expo which is the program used to
fine tune over or under clocking.
btw, the issue i write about here may be why you will
rarely find DDR5 sticks sold as singles or 4 packs.

CPU - 135 (amazon)
GPU - 300 (amazon)
RAM - 50 (low end kit)
MOB - 100 (probably cheapest mATX AM5 board)
SSD - 50 (generic 1tb ssd)
PSU - 50 (500-600w)
CASE-50 (cheap case)
Windows-25 (Win11 retail license)
Total = $710
So about 50 bucks cheaper than this prebuilt.
One thing I do like about this system is just how energy efficient it is, with the ryzen 8000 cpu and 4060 gpu. One think I don't like about it is MSI and building computers for decades my highest failure rate is with MSI products (ive bought multiple faulty MSI motherboards and my last monitor was MSI and failed after a year and I read reviews that seem to corroborate my theory)
