  2. Go to msi.rebateaccess.com and enter the promotion number 95912.
  3. Fill out and print the registration form for this promotion.
  4. Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC barcode label from the product box in its entirety, including the serial number barcode and QR code (not the UPC barcode from the shipping box). See image on this form.
  5. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip dated between 12/09/2024 and 12/31/2024 indicating your purchase.
  6. Mail all of these items to the address noted on the registration form.

You can submit everything online (paperless), you don't need to physically mail anything in for the rebate.

Criminal is what they are. It is not marketing genius to simply lie and claim you did not receive UPCs and refuse rebate fulfillment. One in six stat is because they LIE only.

As I previously commented, you can submit everything online (paperless), you don't need to physically mail anything in for the rebate.

I submitted at least a dozen or more (maybe a couple dozen, it's been a while) rebates over the years. I think I maybe didn't get one back? Not even sure about that. I always made copies of everything, followed the directions to the letter, and I saved a lot of money in the process.

You need to go see your eye doc. He said he was planning to upgrade to a "5060 or 5070" the article you link to mentions the 5090, the absolute flagship model, being priced at $2,500. Get glasses or stop spreading blatant misinformation.
