Depends on your needs… if you want to put three car seats in the back then get slim… if you have one child then get extend… if you have two big kids in the back with a car seat… maybe get slim since the middle seat will be tight. Also slim does not convert to booster seat…

The biggest difference would be this one rotates and the Graco doesn't. We used a non-rotating car seat (Nuna Rava) for our first kid and got this one for our second. Being able to rotate the seat is a huge convenience and we love this car seat. This is also the lowest price I've seen for it.

Nuva Revv is rear facing up to 40 lbs while this one is up to 50 lbs. There may be other differences that matter more to you however. We've never had a Nuva Revv so can't speak to it too much.
