The problem with every single one of these with this form factor and size is that you simply can't squeeze a big enough motor in there to generate enough force.
The deception is that the motors can achieve a pretty high RPM, which translates great when you're watching a video review. How much force it's applying, not so much.
Unfortunately, some of them don't come with a release button, so you need to insert a really thin shim to release the locking mechanism.
But a better DIY solution is to get a jigsaw and a massage adapter kit. Tons more power and the batteries are easy to get.
She has used it a few times and likes it, but she has not tried freezing the cold attachment yet.
One of her shoulders has been bugging her and she gets relief using it.
Appears to be fairly well made and has some decent weight to it.
We'll see how long it lasts as it's only been a few days.
