Just a friendly PSA, as a fellow pet owner/lover: Minoxidil is incredibly toxic to cats and dogs.
Bought the foam last time.
Foam stops coming out when bottle is still full. I wouldn't recommend it.
Costco members can get the liquid at a similar price without the expiration date being so soon.
$14 for 6 bottles with $6 for shipping.

I'd stick with Costco version. I tried the foam and didn't have any issues and way more reputable company.

This combined with a dermapen brought back most of my hair. Sometimes I get lazy with the dermapen and the drops/foam will maintain my hair but if I use the dermapen once a week my hair will grow quickly. Just have to stay consistent with it.

And with the Costco version of you weren't happy with it you could get a refund.
I'd probably be a little embarrassed to use my six month supply and then take it back but technically I could.

Got foam last time from Meh, been using Costco liquid for last 1yr. Costco one had really good results. Now, after using foam last couple of months looks like progress made with Costco is lost. However, my application was sporadic with foam. So take it however you like, but I'll be sticking to Costco liquid. Another feedback is foam was more messy to apply, but didn't leave any such traces like Costco liquid.

- Expiration on any chemical is a not an exact science. If you keep it in a cool place, i wouldn't worry about efficacy decline too much.

- Costco have sale on these at least once a year. Even though Costco isn't worth for me I still do the "new member" promotion even 2-3 years and buy enough to last.
How do you do a new member promotion so often? Is there a way to do trial coscto memberships without subscribing for a year and all that?

Bought the last time. Meh held on to my money for a month and then canceled my order due to lack of inventory after their customer service rep insisted it would ship. There's an old saying: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me…you can't get fooled again.

I think it is absolutely fine to use for 3-6 months after the expiration date. It will still be good.
For the liquid, there shouldn't be an issue using it soon after the expiration date.

But the foam is already less effective to begin with, depending on how well/often it gets applied.

Personally, I have zero results with the foam even before it's expired. But if it works for you, I wouldn't chance the possibility of diminished returns just to save $20.

Then again, topicals can be pretty hit or miss to start with. If you want better results, the minoxidil plus finasteride pills are the way to go.

When this happens, I cut the bottle open and transfer the remaining liquid into another bottle.
